Union Terminal

This mural is located in Union Terminal in Cincinnati Ohio. Our assignment was to shoot a panoramic image. Winold Reiss was commissioned in 1932 to design the murals for the terminal. This mural is made of ceramic tiles and painted stucco. There are two murals in the terminal to the right and left of the Rotunda, each mural is 105 feet wide and 20 feet high.

Another school assignment - layout ad. This image as well as the other products shot over the last few months, were taken with a 4 x 5 view camera. As explained once before, this is like the camera's used in the westerns with the photographer under the black cloth and once the image was taken it was upside down on the back of the camera's (ground glass). This camera still works great today!
