Celebrating The Life Of My Mom, Mrs. Azilee Calloway (Feb. 01, 1928 - Mar. 12, 2007)

My mom fought a long hard battle with leukemia. When diagnosed, the doctor's did not expect my mom to live a year; however, God said "NOT SO!" and blessed her with ten years. My mom was able to minister to countless people through her unwavering faith and living testimony of her love for Christ. Azilee Calloway was my hero, inspiration, role model, best friend, and I was also blessed to have her as my mom. I will always be mindful to give God thanks for allowing his angel to walk the earth and grace us with her love and wisdom. On Feb. 01 she would have been eighty-one.
